For years, the Pittsboro Street Fair has been a celebration of community, creativity, and connection in the heart of Chatham County.
On Saturday, October 25th, thousands of residents and visitors will stroll through downtown Pittsboro to enjoy local food, live music, artisans, nonprofits, and family-friendly activities. The Street Fair has become one of our community’s most anticipated annual events, a place where neighbors gather, businesses shine, and community spirit thrives.
Proudly organized by the Rotary Club of Pittsboro, the fair supports the local community through Rotary’s mission of “Service Above Self.” Proceeds directly fund scholarships for local students, programs addressing food insecurity, and other initiatives that strengthen Pittsboro and Chatham County. By sponsoring the Pittsboro Street Fair, your business not only gains exposure to a wide and diverse audience but also helps Rotary make a lasting impact in our community.

Vendor Rates:
For-Profit Vendors: $100
Non-Profit Vendors: $60
Food & Beverage Vendors:
For-Profit Food/Beverage Vendor or Food Truck: $200 deposit with application + day-of sales credit*
on-Profit Food Vendors: $60
