We are honored that you have made the decision to join the Rotary Club of Pittsboro, joining us in serving our community and beyond.

The following is information on the process of applying for membership to our club.  We look forward to having you join us for future service and fellowship!

Rotary Club of Pittsboro Expectations of all Members

·       Dues are $500.00 annually or $125.00 quarterly**.  Upon being accepted as a member into the Rotary Club of Pittsboro, you will need to submit payment for first quarter of dues ($125.00).  You can may payment by this link,

·       Lunch price is not included; pay separately for lunch upon attendance of meetings.

·   Regularly, as your schedule permits, attend club meetings with fellow Rotarians.

·       Active participation in Rotary Club of Pittsboro Service Projects.

·       Active participation in Rotary Club of Pittsboro Fundraising Committee.

·       Actively serve on one or more Rotary Club of Pittsboro Committees.

**Club Dues are used to cover:  Rotary International (RI) and District 7690 Dues, Rotary International Magazine, Annual Polio Fund, The Rotary Foundation Annual Fund, and miscellaneous club  expenses (ie. new member packets, postage, banking fees, etc).  Dues are invoiced quarterly by the Club Treasurer.

Angela deMuinck (angela@silver-thread.com) and Roger Saunders (rogsau207@gmail.com) are the current Chairs of our Membership Committee.  You will be receiving additional emails and information from them.

Once your application is submitted, final processing will take up to three weeks.  Your sponsor or a Membership Committee member will contact you.

After your membership is approved, we will contact you to coordinate a date when the Rotary Club of Pittsboro will formally induct you as a new member.

We will coordinate New Member Orientation and for your sponsor or member (mentor) within our club to assist you with your membership jumpstart and to welcome you warmly.
